For your credit application, our authorized personnel will present credit documents obtained from you to the bank workers, and then get credit answer at the same day. After getting the first approval of your credit that comes from the relative bank and then getting your approval, our relative personnel will follow procedures. We give assistance to the relative expertise in carrying out the expert analysis, which is an obligation for mortgage credit of banks. Bank personnel and our relative personnel hold a consultation on following your credit dossier, and make effort on carrying out the procedures quickly. You can carry out these procedures on your own, if you want, or along with our relative personnel. 

Which documents are required to apply to Mortgage credit? 


General information; 

  • Copy of Identity Card
  • Certificate of Residence or mobile phone, fixed phone, one of the water or electric bills (should be prepared in the last 3 months)
  • Income certificate
  • Deed copy of the residence which will be bought 


For Fee-earners, in addition to the General Documents;

  • Payroll or company writing of the last month (if company writing is obtained, authorized signatures of the company)


For Private Company Owners and Self-employed People, in addition to the General Documents;

  • Trade registry gazette / Chamber registration certificate
  • Tax certificate
  • Balance sheets approved for last three years 
  • Income sheet or Account abstract 
  • Trial balance of the current year or account abstract of the current year 


For Legal Entity Company Partners, in addition to the General Documents;

  • Trade registry gazette (presents foundation, the final capital distribution)
  • Authorized signatures
  • Tax certificate
  • Balance – income sheet (approved for the last 3 years)
  • ign of the current year
  • Activity certificate 

Other information;

  • For mortgage credit customers whose marital status is Married, banks want approval signature of the partner that approves using credit.
